ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

hello everyone,
last night SSH, SFTP, and HTTP were all working perfectly.
That is people could access my server through any of these protocols. I had to shutdown for a while, and when i turned the server on again, none of them work!!

i get this error:

ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

My hosts.allow

sshd: ALL

My hosts.deny is empty

ALso, my computer seems to be unable to resolve DNS most time. i have to ping te sites manually then start programs likes XChat (IRC).

you sure your ip didn't change? Yes, I mean the ip from the router's dhcp.

my IP did not sure. i am positive of that.
The DNS problem is not constant, sometimes it works without pinging the others i have to ping manually.
by the way, i am trying to SSH into the same computer i am using :S
i know it is stupid not to SSH user@localhost

yes, @localhost works, but before that day, i used to ssh @my IP

HTTP works perfectly again, it was a DHCP error
