When I raise the volume level in kmix above 70%...my T60 starts beeping loudly.
This does not happen If I connect headphones to it and when I conect headphoms they work like stethoscope I can hear the fan running and the sound made by keypresses is loud and clear.(louder for the left side of keypad and it becomes weak as I go to the right side).
I feels like the noise is somehow entering the headphone port.
Does anybdy have same problem ?

You're welcome!
By the way: there are some interesting thinkpad-related packages in the AUR:
thinkfinger (fingerprint authentification)
and
hdapsd (Harddisk active protection daemon)
come to mind.
