LIONSGATE DVD playback issues

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem, I couldn't find anything about it here or on LQ.
I cannot play LIONSGATE DVDs. I don't know what it is about them, but I can not play them. I can play ALL other DVD's with no issues at all. But anytime I try a LIONSGATE DVD the drive sounds like its searching the disk continuously and I can't unmount or eject it, it also seem to lock up Gnome pretty good. I can move the mouse but not click on anything. If I do a ctrl+alt+bkspc Gnome will work fine again but still can't unmount or eject the disk.
I've had this problem on 3 different laptops. I've tried with Arch 32, 64, and Ubuntu. I've tried maybe 5 different lionsgate films, and it's always the same problem.
Anyone else see this before?

Re: LIONSGATE DVD playback issues

I just checked one of the lionsgate films I have out and it has the regular VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders.
