The KDEPIM branch included in arch has some serious bugs (http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=146545 and
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=144960 - to name just two).
With Kubuntu's Gutsy release, they've decided to switch to the "enterprise" branch of KDEPIM which is stable. Talking with some kdepim developers, they recommend the enterprise branch as well.
Perhaps Arch should switch as well - or at least provide the enterprise branch in another repo. (If this is already available - my apologies - wasn't able to find it).

If anyone is interested, I was able to build a kdepim-enterprise package successfully. Required a patch to some source files from the latest svn branch.
Tried to upload package to AUR - but I think sources are too big.. didn't seem to work.
Patch has been submitted to kdepim developers, hopefully it will hit svn soon.
