I've just installed Gimme 0.2.7 but I don't seem to have the possiblity to add it to the panel. I can run it as standalone without problems but I would like to add it to my panel.
Anyone know what might be wrong? I keep having these strange issues after my reinstall, which coincidently was about the same time Gnome moved from /opt so it could be that also. Is anyone else having this problem too?

There are several files left out from the arch package. You could try to update and use the build script here: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php? … 67#p229067
Currently the package version is 0.2.7, md5sum is 8347cc68f9150a1332fd9fe54eaef131, remove '--prefix /opt/gnome' or change it to '--prefix /usr' if you don't want it to install to /usr/local. That package installs files to different locations than the community package so it's better to do 'pacman -R gimmie' before installing it. After a short test the package seems to work ok and has the missing icons, configurations for panel-applet etc.
