C, position in memory of members of a struct. Is that fixed?

I need to know if the memory position of the struct members is fixed.
In other words, the difference of pointers between a pointer to the struct and any of its members is fixed.
I am seeking in the standard, but I do not find a sure answer.

Do someone can point me to standard right paragraph?
