prism54 vs islsm on isl3886

Hi,

I've got a isl3886 powered pcmcia wireless network card. I can get it to work with the ndiswrapper, but I according to prism54.org it should also work with the islsm driver. The prism54 module won't work even though I've placed the firmware in /lib/firmware (where isl3890 is isl3886 in my case).

I was wondering, will the firmware work with the prism54 module or do I need the islsm driver. And if so, where can I get the islsm driver? Is it part of the kernel or can I put it as a module somewhere?
