It would be very useful, if we could search a thread for keywords to get a listing of the postings that are containing the keyword(s). Would make finding possible solutions much easier.

I mentioned it once the board changes to punbb. It's really tiresome to search threads with several pages manually, e. g. the kdemod thread.

We're using punbb 1.2.15 currently, and it sounds like Neotuli is reluctant to make any major changes until 1.3 comes out, whenever that may be. We keep the feature list small to make upgrades easier, but if you're aware of or can write a punbb extension that does what you're asking, we may be able to include it. The problem is, when the next update comes around, the extension will need to be updated too, so each new feature causes more work.

Yeah, I'm more than willing to consider patches or whatever if you've got em. We're running it as vanilla as possible overall though.

I geuss I needed to take a closer look at the search options.

I never noticed before that you can toggle showing search results by Topics or Posts from the search page.
Having that combined with the different sort by options and control-f in my browser should be enough as far as I'm concerned.
