I got this error message with executing GDM 2.20-1 on Arch 64 bit:

I get the same error after upgrading to the gnome 2.20 packages on i686. I also get an error when rebooting and shutting down (don't remember the error messages though...).
Everything is working as normal though so I guess it's not a major issue,

I also have the same issue, and now my firefox segfaults. I can only run it in Safe Mode.
Any ideas?

About the gdm error:
This is caused by the empty values in defaults.conf:
TimedLogin=
I'll remove them from the default configuration file soon, they're harmless though.
About the firefox segfaulting, open a new topic with more information about your problem
