Yup...

The latter uses Aqua font (I don't know if you can even access it). The font is actually a japanese font, but it covers most of the latin code pages.

No need to read if you can't. Just grab the .lhz files of whichever version you prefer (TTF vs OTF).

For those who like Japanese (Travis?), you can find great looking fonts here:

Especially like the IPA Mincho and IPA Gothic fonts which are drop-in preplacements for MS Japanese fonts.
