How can i set my clock for the summer time?

Its summer time here in brazil, but my clock was not updated. I have TIMEZONE="America/Sao_Paulo" on my rc.conf.

I think that the timezones are wrong. By them the summer time starts in november 4 and its not true. How can i fix it?

Hello,
have you set your clock to localtime? As far as I know, Linux only supports summer time, when clock is set to UTC.
But Windows will show UTC time. If you have Windows, too, let it set the clock.

I dont have windows. Only Arch is installed on my computer. Im using UTC. I really think that the problem is in the timezone file. Any other tips?
