Reinstalling Arch now with a new 2007.08-2 core base-release.
Last time I installed Arch was some old 0.7 or something a year ago.
Then I entered a swedish repositoryserver, ftp.ds.hj.se, in pacman.conf, and for some reason I noted that it should be under [current]
So, now, when installing and following my old instructions to make it quicker, I notice with fear that "current" aren't there anymore.
So, should I enter this ftp under [core] or under [extra]? Or can I add the same ftp under both?
Oh, and do I just enter ftp.ds.hj.se, or do I enter the trailing /pub/os/linux/.....?
Many thanks for quick answer, waiting to get that server back online with Apache/PHP
EDIT: Also, I did choose that ftp-server during install, graphically in some list, but it didn't seem to stuck into pacman.conf :S

Assuming you're running i686 arch, you'd use this FTP url for core:
ftp://ftp.ds.hj.se/pub/os/linux/archlinux/core/os/i686
and this one for extra:
ftp://ftp.ds.hj.se/pub/os/linux/archlinux/extra/os/i686

You mean I should have ftp's entered for both those?
I run the 64-bit i686, guess I'll enter /x86_64 at the end for those two ftp's then...
Thanks

Oh, and is it "Server = ftp://...." I should write, or should I replace the text after the already existing "Include"?

Oh well, running pacman -Sy now and it says "warning: current locale is invalid; using default "C" locale".
Is this ok?

http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Locale
Server = ftp://... is what you should use.
And yes, if you're using 64-bit arch, use x86_64 instead if i686
