openoffice-base 2.3.0-[b]4[/b]?

Its forth OO update on same ver. Considering fact that OO package is huge it is not fun to update it almost every week.
I am not trying to blame someone. If there is real reason behind this then its OK, but if is is just minor fixes so maybe we can save some time without so many updates on basicaly same huge thing.

Open Office has been needed rebuild for some changes in icu and other applications, some other things are related to bugs or features missing in past builds, hence the updates. Also, in every package description there is a cvs entry which tells you what is happening and why the upgrade.

There is always possibility to ignore upgrading openoffice or another huge package.
