After the update at least one of my 32 bit programs (Eagle EDA suite) stopped working with the following message: "error while loading shared libraries: libxcb-xlib.so.0: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64"
pacman -U /var/cache/pacman/pkg/lib32-libx11-1.1.3-1.pkg.tar.gz solved the problem, which means return to the previous version.
Anyway I'm hoping all this 32bit libs will be obsolete soon...

It also breaks nspluginwrapper, so I lost flash
pacman -U /var/cache/pacman/pkg/lib32-libx11-1.1.3-1.pkg.tar.gz solved the problem, but I didn't have it on my disk since I removed all downloaded files a while ago.
I found it on one of the mirrors, and uploaded it here, if someone else has the same problem:

This is what happens when people update packages without looking at dependencies. You need a lib32 version of libxcb.

So where exactly is any dependency to libxcb which I could look at to know that?

The i686 package that is used as the source for these lib32 packages contains dependency information. These should be copied 1-on-1 and changed to lib32-pkgname when such a package is a library. libx11 1.1.3-4 has a new dependency on libxcb on i686, so the lib32 package should have a dependency on lib32-libxcb then.

You should contact the Maintainer to fix this. Otherwise this might get lost in the forums.

We are talking about a regular binary update which should include all dependencies. Referring to AUR it would be a different story.
However, it sounds easy to fix and I suppose such fix will be uploaded soon.

Installed lib32-libxcb from AUR, that fixed the problem, thanks!

Hello folks,
it breaks the vmware-workstation 6.0.0_45731-1 and vmware-workstation-modules 6.0.0_45731-3 from AUR as well.
Hope this will be fixed soon.
pacman -U /var/cache/pacman/pkg/lib32-libx11-1.1.3-1.pkg.tar.gz solved the problem for now.

Did anybody contact the maintainer? If not, how can one do this? If I try to find 'lib32-libx11' by the package search I get no hits neither in normal repositories nor in AUR?
