Fix for NVidia cards and the 60 wakeups per second curse

Those of you with nvidia cards in their laptops using the nvidia binary driver know there's a 60hz vblank interrupt that causes the nvidia driver to get 60-75 wakeups per second, basically drawing all the power by itself when nothing else is running.  Well, now you don't have to put up with that.

Add this to your Device Section (or Screen):

Option "OnDemandVBlankInterrupts" "true"

This came out with the 100.14.19 drivers, which has just gone out of testing.

At the moment, I get 2 wakeups from nvidia.  Most of the time powertop doesn't even show it on the list. smile

Are there any downsides to setting this to true? I run arch on a desktop computer.

Doubtful, though the text is unclear on that fact.
