generating gnomecc.menu?

hi all
sorry for my poor english
after the last upgrade, in a moment of stupidity i deleted the file "/etc/xdg/menus/gnomecc.menu" and now i don't have any icons in gnome menus.
how can i fix this situation?

The file is owned by gnome-control-center, so you could reinstall that one. Also check that /etc/profile.d/xorg.sh exists on your system. If it doesn't, reinstall libx11.

i tried both, now i have the file but it doesn't seem like it  contains any programs.
