[SOLVED]Gimp segfault

Hi,

My gimp force quit just after start by segfault error.
I tried to execute gimp on the terminal, and I get the following error message.

(script-fu:5726): LibGimpBase-WARNING **: script-fu: wire_read(): error

What's happening?

Yesterday, I upgraded my archlinux(by "pacman -Syu").
And I got the error above today.

Re: [SOLVED]Gimp segfault

If you are using the "Small" theme in Gimp this is probably a bug in your GTK engine (I had this happen with Murrine and Candido engines). In that case you either can change Gimp's theme back to "Default" (in ~/.gimp-2.2/themerc) or try a different theme engine.

Hi,kappa

Thank you for your reply.
I am using Murrine engine now.
Now I will try some another engine.

Best regards.

Re: [SOLVED]Gimp segfault

Hi,
After I change my theme to XFCE default, Gimp came to start.
Thank you for your advice, kappa!

Re: [SOLVED]Gimp segfault

Hi,
I had the same problem using "greyscale" theme, switching to default gimp theme helped. I can still use Candido engine.
Thanks for the tip!
