I saw how to put Terminal as the desktop background in gnome but my question is how to put that in kde?

You can use eterm or aterm with the 1. no-frame settings, and 2. transparent background.

what configuration have you used? It works for me to, the only problem is that when I use Win+D to show desktop, also aterm is minimezed. Is there a way to block aterm minimizing? Since I'm using OpenBox, I searched a bit under per applications settings, but I didn't found any option to do this...

I just found out about root-tail. If all you want is to have some text output on your root window that seems to be worth trying. It's in the Arch-extra repositories.
