I want to use asoundconf to switch my sound cards, but I cannot find it in any alsa-* package. Can you help me?

What are you expecting asoundconf to do? Can you define your problem a little more? What does "switch your sound cards" mean exactly?

Yeah, I know this solution, but it doesn't correspond my needs. I want to set "card 1" as default for a while, and then, after a few minutes, set "card 2" as default and so on. I don't want to set any card permanently default. I want to have possibility to switch between them in any moment.
Going back to the topic, does anybody know where I should look for the asounconf? It appears I used it on my previous installation of ArchLinux. If someone know the way to do that without asoundconf, please share with me
