Guidelines
· DO NOT post full resolution screenshots! You can use the "mogrify" command (pacman -S imagemagick) to make a thumbnail of your screenshot:
$ cp screenie.png thumb-screenie.png
$ mogrify -resize 20% thumb-screenie.png
Twenty percent of the original size is great for 1024x768 screenies. You can then upload these images to your server and use the following code to show them on the forum:

This displays the thumbnail as a link to the screenie like this:
· Several websites also offer free image hosting, of these ImageShack is very popular and does a neat auto thumbnail:
Use the "Thumbnail for forums" link code that is supplied by ImageShack to post your thumbnail link.
· Once the new month begins please do not post new screenies in the old threads.
· If the screenshot has questionable material that might not be safe to view while at work or in a school setting, please post only a link and not a thumbnail, along with a mention of "Not Safe for Work". Posts that do not adhere to this are subject to deletion without notice at any time.
· Please try to include any links to your wallpaper or configs that you may have and/or the names of your icon theme, running apps, DE, etc. in the same post to reduce unnecessary clutter later.

KDEmod w/ Compiz-fusion
& conky with dual core cpu graphs
Pretty much the same as last month but with a Halloween wallpaper that I'll keep up for a few days and my first attempt with conky!
I wrote the conkyrc from scratch and set it up to display CPU graphs for each core, which I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone do yet. Call me crazy but I like to see the activity of both cores. Idea's for the layout were stolen from various other screenshots I've seen here. I've also tried to make it pretty colourful, but not overkill. Lemme know what you guys think!!
I love conky, it's so light on resources yet so powerful

content is done by disabling 'Allow pages to choose their own colors' and change all fonts to my system-font.

Nothing to see here.. I'm still looking for a perfect window manager.. I tried StumpWM and liked it, but it was too unstable.. So I used Openbox while I was searching for info about my StumpWM crashing, but now I like OB I have used Fluxbox a lot, so it's not a big difference..
BTW, does anybody know how I can get rid of that last symbol in my Conky (after the date and time ?-)

Will you be so kind as to share your themes? Also I wanna know what are the fonts in tint and openbox titles/menu?

The font is "nu", available in the 'artwiz-fonts' package. The theme is definitely a work in progress, but here ya go:

Is this KDEmod or just regular ol' KDE? I've tried KDE a few times in the past and never fully cared for it, but with the more frugal approach of KDEmod I'm apt to try it out.

Make sure there's no newline at the end of your .conkyrc. Whenever I use gedit to mess with mine I always have to remove a newline with nano or vim even if there was no newline in gedit.

Can I see your .conkyrc? I'd like to know how you get graphs for both cores .
