does i810 support AIGLX?

Im having trouble using the i915, i change driver from "i810" to "1915" and it says cant find module.

Tried modprobing etc, any ideas how to load it?

I think I have i915 loading as a daemon in rc.conf
I'm currently working on the same issue as you. I may have found a solution and I'll post if it works

solution was wrong... back where I started
I think I meant 915resolution not i915 as a driver btw
I have an ubuntu install on this laptop with working compiz
on that the driver is intel
in arch, the intel driver is in testing and requires a xorg update...

I've exhausted my idea pool... really stuck

(I saw your thread in compiz forum - looks slightly hopeful)

Yeh worked fine, if you check the thread in compiz forum you will see how, or ill post up when im back on my laptop.
