Default X resources in KDE

Hello,

I am using KDEmod and I've got a question regarding X resources. When I log into KDE, doing xrdb -query shows that there are a bunch of preloaded X resources already defined somewhere. When I look at /usr/share/X11/app-defaults I see some, but not all of the resources. In my case, my Emacs resources in ~/.Xresources are being overridden somewhere else. I've looked in all the standard places for X initialization to try and find where all these resources are being loaded, but without any luck. Can anyone please tell me what the KDE/X startup sequence looks like so I can try to find where my Xresources are being overridden?
