Hi
I was doing good with ipw3945 but when installed fglrx, it installed newer kernel too, and the ipw3945 is gone, I removed it and installed again but no good, modprobe ipw3945 does not find them :S
Any help??

Hey Evil,
Have you tried doing "pacman -Sy ipw3945 ipw3945d ipw3945-ucode"? I think you got a new kernel, but your wireless kernel driver is out of sync (older version). Wireless users (and users of nvidia/ATI drivers) have to be a bit careful when upgrading the kernel.

I did tar to the ipw package and it has for instance /lib/2.6.22-ARCH but my kernel is -23!! Maybe that's why it does work, how can i get the right one for arch?? or can i just simply use the general with the configure make make install??

Try using a different mirror - ipw3945 has been built for the -23 kernel for a couple of weeks now.
