kde shortcut keys?

Ive been trying to set kde keyboard shortcuts to put a window to the top left, or right corner. But it just doesnt work..
Has anyone been successful with this?

Is there a way of setting a keyboard shortcut to make a window take the left/right half of the screen?

Though I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, I might recommend taking a look at KWin's window packing commands. Check Control Center->Regional & Accessibility->Keyboard Shortcuts->Shortcut Schemes and look for "pack window to the right" under the section "Windows". With these commands, I can quickly pack a window into a corner or against some side of the screen. It may be close to what you're looking for.

That is exactly what I tried, but doesnt work for me.. I think compiz is conflicting with kdes shortcuts. Do you run compiz? what is your shortcut to pack?
