Vista-Fonts: WTF is wrong with my font-rendering?!

Hello

The Vista-fonts are being displayed in a rather suboptimal way.

What it looks like:

How it should look:

Settings:
Rendering: Best shapes
Hinting: Medium
Smoothing: Grayscale

Could you tell me what I've done wrong?

Thanks

(Sorry for the double post)

I've got it! Only with no hinting, it's working right. That's an interesting way to render fonts, windows.
