About /var/pacman/cache
It is good or bad idea to copy this folder from one arch pc to other?
It can save download times I think but it creates mess or not?

it's just a store of downloaded pkgs so you don't have to waste bandwidth downloading them again if you ever need them ,, it creates no mess imo and is in fact a good idea to just copy them over that way you neither have to wait for the download nor waste your bandwidth when you don't need to ..

It's perfectly safe to copy this folder, or even share it between multiple PCs (nfs?)
