How to install gnomad

Hello all:
I just got the new Creative Zen (8gb). How do I get gnomad or something like that to get music and videos on the device?

gnomad  is available in the AUR <aur.archlinux.org>. Download the tarball and run makepkg after extracting it, and then install with pacman -U pkg
