WMs with Tile and notification

Is there any window manager with tiles and notification tray icon support.?

Is it possible to have tiles with fluxbox, if yes then how?

I don't know of any WM that has notification tray support - that's usually a job of panels. You can, of course, run a panel in any (afaik) tiling WM. You can also run trayer.
