Mozilla crashes

I have this problem whenever I open up many tabs in Firefox, or few new windows. It will gradually become slower and slower and finally crashes. A friend of mine using Arch distro is having the same kind of problem.

Anyone here has the same problem? Just a piece of info, my processor is 1.2G with 512 RAM.
I think that should suffice the needs.

Though it happens sometimes, it can be annoying at times.
