I can't get it to work with arch. Both the package and compiled versions. Also, it shows no error when I open it. It just doesn't play any music.
Anyone could point me to the light here?

Hi. I too am looking for a good last.fm client on Arch. For the moment, amaroK doesn't retrieve metadata properly and the Next, Skip, Love, etc buttons do not function. This is perhaps due to a change in the server protocol, or whatever, but last.fm + Amarok fans are looking forward to getting this resolved.
Arch Linux has the last-exit package.
Upon install I get:
(22/23) installing last-exit [#####################] 100%
/var/lib/pacman/local/last-exit-5-1/install: line 5: scrollkeeper-update: command not found
That can't be good. Let try to run last-exit just to see ....
[bwayne@earth ~]$ last-exit

Painful.
So what're last.fm users using to listen to last.fm?
