File system ..?
i want to install ARCH on a RAID0 with file-system should i use best
XFS of JFS.

I'd say: toss a coin, heads = XFS.
XFS and JFS are both very good filesystems donated by respected unix manufacturers. It's a luxury problem.
Somewhere between "too small" and "too large" lies the size that is just right.
