[SOLVED] resume problem with gnome-screen-saver and pm-utils

This seems to be a bug with gnome-screen-saver and pm-utils:

After suspending from gnome "Shutdown dialog" resume works fine.  pm-suspend from command prompt works without any problems as well.  However, if suspend is initiated by gnome, this will result in a resume error.
I figured that I have to turn off the screen saver and everything works fine again.

Re: [SOLVED] resume problem with gnome-screen-saver and pm-utils

I figured what the problem was:

At first I could not reproduce that issue with gnome-screen-saver causing a problem with resume on pm-utils.

Instead, after reading the following page I figured that my nvidia card is not in the white list.

Using suspend to RAM on machines that are not in the s2ram whitelist

So, after adding:
S2RAM_OPTS="-f -a 3"
to my config file everything worked fine again.
