Filing a feature request - how to?

As per the wiki instruction i added my archlinux mirror at the  bottom of the list (University of Michigan - Flint) but it also says to file a feature request. I'm not seeing where to or how to do this.

If someone can point me in the right direction or take care of this it would be greatly appreciated!

Regarding your wiki edits -- I think it would be better to respect the default link style (raw url only) on the page. I'm not sure but there might (or will) be scripts parsing it.
