take a look for yourself. can anyone explain this?
everytime i perform a window operation (move, resize, close, etc.) the background area of tint changes to some mashed up part of a windows+ content.

No clue, but if it was me, I'd try commenting out the more advanced nvidia tweaks you have enabled (e.g. DamageEvents, etc.)
