[SOLVED]How Can I change language on Google in Opera?

Hello, I have a problem with Opera. I try to change de language of google to another language, but it has no effect:

As you can see, I tried to change the language of google (it's for now in spanish) but it never changes. In konqueror and Firefox it changes correctly.

Cookies on Opera are activated.

What must I do to solve this problem? Maybe a bug?

I would assume opera might be using your locale? Try setting your locale to something like en_US and try opera again

Well, the question is that I have to change the language of my own google to swahili to show it to a friend, I have to change to the swahili locales???? Why I can't modify the settings of google? :S

google detects your ip and changes the language by default. u need to change it in preferences

edit: also u should accept cookies from google if u want to keep using the same language

Yes I have tried them and no result :S, I can't change google language on Opera. Also I can't change any preference on google.

Hit F12 while on google.com > select "Edit Site Preferences" > select cookies tab > make sure google.com is set to accept cookies.

I know you mentioned above that Opera is set to accept cookies globally, but for google itself you may have inadvertently turned them off.

Can anyone try for me installing opera and trying to change the preferences on Google?

it woks fine for me. Setting prefs, saving, closing Opera, going back and the language is still set.

I use Opera Beta on 64bit and I can use google.com and other languages like google.de without problems.

Well, cookies were activated, I have made all I could..., but nothing work.

I have solved the problem at "brutal mode", I have erased all .opera folder xDDD, now google can change Language

Strange...
