New Trusted Users Site

The address is http://tur.archlinux.org.

You'll probably notice that it looks a lot like the old site.  We've moved off of Berlios and are now hosting the files off the official Archlinux servers.  Go us!

There isn't a lot of change on the outside but there's a fair amount of change on the inside.  We hope that these changes will make a more robust and reliable TUR system.
