some questions about compiz , at command , fstab ...

hi , im  arch newbie from ubuntu ... just < 24H  :) basically , it works for me , thanks to google , archer's in irc , ... there still some puzzle to me ..

compiz-fusion :
i have a  integrated card intel 945G , and i install the driver  'pacman -S xf86-video-intel, then got DRI , install compiz by 'pacman -S compiz-fusion' , it LOOKs fine ... but the keyboard seems no active , can't input any word such as in terminal , and some window can't completely paint out .. i try to find something . .. i type

LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT=1 compiz --replace &

gotta no info ...
maybe problem with xorg.conf , i copy it from my ubuntu , and compiz worked fine there ...

does somebody use intel945G video card ?

at command :
i use an at command to remind me Water heating , it's my Called pot , i found it useless , maybe need some service ?

/etc/fstab :
what these stand for ? 

none                  /dev/pts      devpts    defaults            0      0
none                   /dev/shm      tmpfs     defaults            0      0

any ideas will be appriciated ..

plz help ,:) , i fond the atd service , and now the at command works for me ,  and the others , still not solved ..

by the way , which log record the boot/quit message ? i fond some "red line" at screen , it's too fast can't reconize .

/var/log/ folder has all the logs you need.

Compiz seems to suck with the latest xorg server, you could search the compiz forum for more help.
And theres also many existing threads in this forum.

/dev/pts:
pseudo-ttys.
The device that is related to the virtual tty connections on your
system.

/dev/shm:

Baffling , compiz works again , everything seems fine ,,

just now , i download the intel driver 2.20 and try to make install ... failue!
then i have to restore the driver by `pacman -S xf86-video-intel` , magic ... all done, so strange ! maybe lucky , but i still confused
