noobie to fluxbox. some help getting started

Hi,
I just started a new user acount to give fluxbox a shot.  It's far different from any other desktop environment I've ever run into and was wondering if there are any good sites to get information, any how to's for noobs?

It is for Gentoo but almost all is the same just use not emerge, but pacman.

Fluxbox isnt a desktop enviroment, its a window manager, works slightly diffrently.
