how to get a battery monitor in kde?

For some reason I haven't been able to find this in any of the wiki articles or forum threads that deal with laptops. Feel free to just link to another page if I somehow missed it. I want that little system tray icon that tells me how much battery power I have left... (also, I'm not sure where to get other related functionality such as automatically shutting down when battery power is critical, etc.) I'm using kdemod.

Thanks in advance.

I really like kthinkbat, which is in AUR.

You need to setup acpi stuff. I'm currently playing with this, so if you want to discuss something...
