Could anyone recommend a way to set up wireless audio output from my pc to my amplifier/radio? FM output would be perfect. I've found some audio cards with fm output, but they seem to require Windows.
Thanks for any comments!

I've been thinking about buying a laptop and was wondering how will i hook it to my home sound system. I wandered if there are any small sender/reciever systems out there that work with just simple jack cables. Plug one in the laptop one in the audio system and it's ready to play. Are there any such products on the market?

I've just bought a small FM transmitter (home, image).
It's quite good, but not perfect, so i'm planning to get a bluetooth hifi link (something like this).
The problems with FM transmitter:
1. It runs on batteries, so you'll have to replace them now and than. My transmitter has an auto-off function, so it saves the batteries and runs for a few days, but still it's disturbing.
2. The auto off function has drawback: when the transmitter turns off, the radio starts to play the "normal" station for the given frequency (it is suppressed when the transmitter is on). So you'll have to remember to turn off your hifi or some lame station will wake you up in the middle of the night
On the other hand: it has acceptable (for me at least) audio quality, and you'll probably won't face the above problems if you use it only occasionally (instead of allways-on like me).
