dual screen gksu dimming only dims one screen

When gksu asks for my password and dims the screen, I want it to dim them both.  I have a twinview setup and on ubuntu and a couple other more auto setup distros this was enabled by default.  Could someone tell me how to do it?

maybe they use a patch :?... search in the gnome bug tracker.
