I have a spare PC that I would like to setup as a dedicated GnuPG machine. Setting up Arch and installing GnuPG is easy enough but I want to prevent the possibility of temporarily decrypted files being written out to the hard drive (where it could possibly be recovered by a disk recovery tool).
I have considered trying to find a CD-based distribution for this purpose (as they use ramdisks) but I would rather have a system that is bootable from the hard disk. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
