how to set up Arch to open devices usb automatic [plug and play]?

I put my digital camera on USB, but Arch Linux dont mount it automatic like Ubuntu does.
What I need configure to devices to mount automatic when I plug ?

another think to check for is /usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/ for a file called something like "disable-auto-mount.fdi"  or something.  Delete it if its there and restart hal (or computer) and it should be fine.
