xfce4 : window manger missing a section???

In the settings manager there is a button called 'window manger' when I click on that window manger button up pops a window that looks something like this...

file:///usr/share/xfce4/doc/C/xfwm4.html#keyboard_shortcuts

for anyone who has xfce4 installed with doc's

The problem is, I do not have the bottom section on the right side. I have the windows shortcuts, but not the command shortcuts window. This is the one that matters, I do not care about the other one. How do I get this functionality??? Why was it removed??? It should be added back in.

I believe what you are looking for is now in the Keyboard Settings, under the "Shortcuts" tab.

I just installed 'lineak' and got my keyboard functionality like I prefer it, so for now I will stick with this app. Thanks for pointing out that they re-arrange the settings, wish they would update the doc pages as well then.
