lib32-gcc has been removed from the AUR, nspluginwrapper won't build
Is there a way to get this going?

The lib32-gcc-libs package is in community. You need to uncomment community in the /etc/pacman.conf file and then nspluginwrapper should install for you. I use yaourt to install packages so the dependencies will be installed for you when you install a package from AUR.
