I've found what I think is a review of Arch on a Dell D520 laptop here:
http://www.gruppenkasper.net/?page_id=139
but it's written in German and I don't speak German. I was wondering if anybody would be so kind as to translate this into English for me. I would be very interested in this considering I just purchased a D520 and was planning on putting Arch on it. I'd like to hear some other people's experiences. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks, Cerebral.
I had never tried Google Translate before; just kind of assumed it was as good as the early Babblefish translators (i.e. not very good) but this is pretty impressive. Thanks again.

Heh, definitely not perfect, but at least readable - usually I try to bungle through a google or altavista/babelfish translated version first. If it's really unreadable, then I try to find someone who knows both languages.

Hi,
Do you still need the translation? I could translate it for you (but when you don't need it anymore...)

EDIT: I will wait until i get a feedback from the author.

That's OK. The Google translation was effective enough.
Thanks anyways for the offer.
