Anyone with compiz-taskbar working in KDE?

I want "show only window from current viewport" so I use compiz-taskbar. The only thing is that when I reboot, I manually have to run "dcop kicker kicker restart"

I tried creating a script and putting it in .kde/Autostart/ , i tried "dcop kicker kicker restart &" , "sleep 5 && dcop kicker kicker restart &", and the damn thing won't work sad

It shows windows from all viewports until I restart it manually.

Re: Anyone with compiz-taskbar working in KDE?

it works for me
1) installed taskbar-compiz
2) replaced taskbar with taskbar-compiz
3) edited
~/.kde/share/config/ktaskbarrc
and added
[General]
ShowAllWindows=false
4) set in CCSM -> Window Previews ->Taskbar ->"Taskbar Shows Only Windows of Curent Viewport"

works without restarting taskbar-compiz after each boot/login to KDE

I had this problem earlier which was caused by taskbar-compiz starting too late, but it seems that now it works
