[Solved]tiled icons in kde panel?

Hi! I just want to ask how to achieve a tiled icon in kicker(notice the smaller icons on the right side of the image) like the one in the link below. I like my desktop to be very simple and uncluttered so I was really amazed when I saw that icon layout. I googled it up and searched in forums but I can't find anything to help me. I played around kde control center but I can't seem to find anything to do that. Is it specific to kubuntu only? (I snatched the image from a kubuntu system). thanks in advance.

I think its the applet called Quick Launcher that your after.

Unluck Panel > Add Applett > Quick Launcher.

I hope thats what your after.
