Problem with system sounds (KDE) [SOLVED!]

Every time I start KDE, I get an error message saying:

Sound server informational message:

Error while initializing the sound driver:

device: default can't be opened for playback (No such file or directory)

The sound server will continue, using the null output device.

The sound is fine with everything else. Why isn't it working?

EDIT: Strangely after a reboot it works... maybe it was because I updated my system?
