Kazehakase with ugly fonts
I'm happy with the overall look of my system fonts, except in Kazehakase... check it out:
I have MgOpen, BitStream, DejaVu, Lucida, Nimbus, URW, and some others.
I want to avoid Microsoft's fonts if possible.

Try removing xorg font packages (xorg-fonts-75dpi, xorg-fonts-100dpi). Dillo, if I remember correctly, tends to prefer xorg fonts to the ttfs.
